Commercial PACE in Utah was updated in 2017 to establish a statewide C-PACE District, add eligible improvements, and allow financing to be secured by an assignable lien instead of an assessment bond. The new C-PACE District is administered by the Utah Governor’s Office of Energy Development with support from Sustainable Real Estate Solutions, Inc. (SRS).
Program forms, templates, and information can be found on the C-PACE website at utahcpace.com. If you have questions, please contact Shawna Cuan ([email protected]) at the Utah Governor’s Office of Energy Development or use the website’s Contact Us feature at https://utahcpace.com/contact-us/.
